The Energy & Environment minister of France Delphine Batho unveiled a
proposal last week.
The content of the proposal was to apply a ban to all Paris shops, offices and
public buildings to turn-off their indoor & outdoor lights between 1 a.m.
and 7 a.m. so, let the "City of Light" to go dark at night hours.
Then the secondary phase of the plan is to apply the same to all France towns.
