Illumination Ban for "City of Light"

The Energy & Environment minister of France Delphine Batho unveiled a proposal last week.
The content of the proposal was to apply a ban to all Paris shops, offices and public buildings to turn-off their indoor & outdoor lights between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. so, let the "City of Light" to go dark at night hours. 

Then the secondary phase of the plan is to apply the same to all France towns.

Of course, as there are supporters for this idea, there are many antagonists as well. Let’s take a look at the reactions:
